It is a well known fact that aging is a process which cannot be stopped. It is a condition where the cells get worn out or lose their charm and energy thereby tending to the formation of wrinkles. Also the body loses its energy and we won’t be able to have strength which is needed for the day to day life. Hence we will have to have a clear idea on the list of reasons which causes aging prematurely. Though tension, work load, pressure have become a part and parcel of life, we will have to very careful in choosing the diet we eat as it has been proved that certain food items do cause aging at a very faster rate.

We have to consume food items which aid us in the process of regeneration but the fast foods, the half cooked items which we consume aid the process of aging instead of preventing it.

? Milk as we all know is rich in protein yet it is one of the foods causing aging.
? Artificial sweeteners, sugars, processed foods, coffee, tea;
? High amount of carbohydrates in the diet will surely lead to the loss of beauty at a much younger age.
? Chocolate which have high levels of lead are too dangerous.
? Consumption of alcohol and smoking cigarette would definitely tend to make you look older.
? Apart from the above mentioned, here are few more which could cause degeneracy of cells and tissues: white flours, cheese, processed food, meat which is preserved, deep fried foods, hydrogenated oils are all injurious to health if taken in above the required level.
? Also cooking using an aluminium cookware may lead to the degeneracy of tissues very easily thereby leading to aging prematurely.
